Spa Sunday: Apple a day

We’ve all heard the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” but surely that was only ingesting an apple. How about an apple on your face? Apples are chock full of antioxidants that make your skin resistant to the awful sun damage! Perfect for a summer skin treat! What you’ll need: apples and milk and a blender, if you want to add thickness you can add oats!

Just cut up a half of an apple and blend it to a puree then add milk and oats and blend again. Pat onto your face and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse and pat dry and enjoy your more youthful skin!

Don’t forget to eat the rest of your apple.
